Conventional black acrylic paints absorb about 94-98% of light, while Musou Black absorbs up to 99.4% of light in the visible light range.
These water-based acrylic paints can be easily applied with an airbrush or brush. Achieving extraordinary blackness has never been easier!
We recommend painting Musou Black with a spray brush. By applying several thin layers of powder coatings, you can achieve blackness that will absorb up to 99.4% of light!
Even when applied with a brush, this paint maintains the world’s highest light absorption coefficient of 98.8%! It hides well and is low-reflective, but has a much lower viscosity than conventional acrylic paints and is easy to create a smooth, non-reflective surface. Be careful not to become a ninja!!!!
