Delivery and Returns


1.1. The goods are delivered by Omniva, LPexpres, DPD post offices, and by courier or bus shipments to the address specified by the Buyer. The goods can be picked up by agreement with the Seller at the address in Vilnius.

1.2. Usually the goods are delivered within 1-5 working days from the received payment for the goods, if the goods are in the Seller’s warehouses. The Seller does not guarantee that the goods will be delivered within the above-mentioned deadline in all cases, especially if the ordered goods are not in the Seller’s warehouses. 1.3. The buyer, having concluded the purchase and sale agreement, undertakes to check the e-mail provided in the order form every day. mailbox, and messages sent to the phone number until the delivery / pick-up notification is received.

1.4. During the delivery or collection of the consignment, the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative must check the condition of the consignment’s packaging, quantity, quality and range of goods.

1.4.1. If the packaging of the consignment is damaged, the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative must note the damage to the packaging of the consignment in the data logger or paper delivery confirmation provided by the representative of the transport company.


1.1. If the Buyer changes his mind, the product can be returned to the Seller. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods of the appropriate quality listed in Clause 17 of the Retail Rules. Pursuant to Section 15 of the Retail Rules, (flowers) plants are not exchanged or returned.

1.2. In order to return a defective/damaged product, you must notify us in writing of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement by completing the Model Withdrawal Form or providing a clear and unambiguous statement setting out your decision to withdraw. 1.3. Goods can be returned within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If the end of the refund period coincides with a non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. Products that are manufactured according to the customer’s individual order are non-refundable unless the product is defective – it is returned.

1.4. The cost of returning the product is paid by the Buyer.

1.5. The money for the goods will be returned to the Buyer within 14 days from the statement of cancellation of the purchase, but the refund may be delayed if the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped.

1.6. The goods are returned in the original packaging of the goods and the consignment together with the goods documents. The goods are returned to the address specified by the Seller. Before returning the goods, the buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail. email:

1.7. The Buyer is responsible for the proper assembly and packaging of the returned goods. Fragile goods must be packed in such a way that they can be transported safely.

1.8. Goods shall not be taken back if they have been used and/or damaged and/or have lost their commercial appearance (changes in the appearance of the goods or their packaging which are necessary to inspect the goods shall not be considered as substantial changes in the appearance of the goods).
